Hi, I am Brennan Mercado from the Philippines.

Baktin Corporation is a fictitious company that I imagined back in college. The software programs I installed on my PC always prompted for a name and a company so I came up with it. Because I already ran out of ideas, I used the same title for this blog.

In here you’ll find a few of my restaurant reviews, food trips, hotel reviews and other adventures.
